I ordered a gear box and somehow the order never was completed. I called Tarter and after they were going to refund my money because it would be a 3 month wait for the part they called back and took a gear box from a new unit that was in stock. Thanks Tarter I was able to finish my repair. John.

Ordered two items, only recieved one damaged, never recieved the second or a replacement. Called UPS and Tarter and to date nothing. Out several hundred dollars with nothing to show for my purchase.
