Items shipped through UPS were missing (parts0. There was no option to pay at UPS store where items held. After multiple attempts to contact UPS by myself and store manager issue was not resolved. The only option was to send items back.

I order several parts for my 6 ft rotary cutter and recieved them in 3 days. Awesome service.

I ordered the parts on a. O Andy then received them the next Monday. Expecting the use them with in a couple of days I took the week off, no luck , no parts. I called over to your facility and said, hey! Since I live in Somerset , can I come over and pick up the parts, your office said, o way?

Why don’t you have a pick situation for folks that live in the area, it seems you’ve taken on the big city attitude!

Great parts, I’m sure I’ll do business again, disappointed that you don’t have better service for the people in your area.
